Brian David Realtors – Folder / Brochure

BrianDavid needed a multipurpose marketing piece to cater their growing business. What I designed was a multi-page company profile on letter size paper merged with a one sided pocket folder creating a very unique marketing piece. Their pantone blue was used to guarantee perfect matching and included a pantone gradient to 4-color process on the cover to simulate a 3D effect.
